Equipment Description
- It is mainly used for cooling pellet feed in the feed granulation section, so that pellet feed with a temperature of up to 70-90 ℃ produced from the granulator can be cooled to a temperature slightly higher than room temperature of 3-5 ℃ and reduced to safe moisture. The cooled pellets not only increase hardness, but also prevent mold and facilitate the transportation and storage of pellet feed.
- Patent product, impeller discharge structure, gentle action, no damage to materials, clean discharge, no need for manual cleaning during production change.
- Suitable for cooling operations of granular and powder materials, the cooling air and material flow in opposite directions to gradually cool the particles in the forward direction;
- Equipped with an adjustable conical material dispersing mechanism, the fabric is evenly distributed, and a rotating material leveling mechanism (optional) can also be set up to ensure that the height of the material layer in the cooling chamber is consistent and the cooling effect is good;
- The top is made of stainless steel material, which can effectively prevent rapid corrosion caused by moisture accumulation on the top of the equipment, and has a longer service life;
- The warehouse is designed in an octagonal shape with no dead corners.
