Our company extensively combines the advantages of imported concentration equipment and concentration equipment from other industries, and combines the characteristics of materials to design and develop a series of SJM type three effect (double effect, single effect) falling film continuous feed concentrators. The characteristics of this device are as follows:


1. Continuous feeding and discharging, stable system, easy operation. This series of equipment only needs to adjust various parameters as required during the initial feeding stage, while ensuring a continuous and stable supply of materials. The adjustment is convenient, and it can continuously and stably concentrate to meet the qualified specific gravity requirements and recover solvents at the same time.


2. The concentration ratio is significant (up to 1.25-1.28), the thermal efficiency is high, and the energy-saving effect is significant. In the structure of this system, we adopt an optimized design scheme to achieve an evaporation heat transfer coefficient of 3400-3800w (m2K), which is very suitable and advantageous for material concentration. The main reason is that the material forms a film like rapid flow in the heating tube, and the heating temperature difference is small (only 8-10 ℃). The evaporation temperature is low, and the material can form rapid flash evaporation after entering the evaporator. The residence and heating time of the material in the heating tube are short, and the viscosity adaptation range of the material is wide (50-500cp). The heating is uniform and not easy to crystallize and precipitate, and the damage to the effective components is small. The thermal energy utilization is sufficient, and the energy-saving effect is significant.


3. Facilitating the adoption of advanced control methods. Due to the fact that the SJM series concentration process mainly uses the temperature of each effect as the control parameter, the system operates with stable parameters, making it easy to adopt advanced automatic control (PLC and human-machine interface control). Moreover, the cost of control equipment is relatively low, which greatly facilitates the realization of fully automatic control in production.


4. The structural design is advanced and reasonable. In terms of structure, we adopt an optimized design scheme and use advanced liquid distribution devices for the distribution of feed liquid and the flow inside the tube, so that the material can enter each heating tube evenly. At the same time, we use imported inner wall mirror tubes as heating tubes, which reduce the flow resistance and speed of the material inside the tube, and prevent scaling. To improve the yield of concentration, the system is equipped with advanced mist collectors, which have strong ability to eliminate mist entrainment, separation efficiency can reach 96-99%, and resistance reduction is small.
