SHB-IV Double A Circulating Water Vacuum Pump Product Overview:
SHB-IV Double A Circulating Water Vacuum PumpIt is a four tap, double-sided identical multi-purpose vacuum pump designed based on our company's original Type III pump and the requirements of university and student experiments, using circulating water as the working fluid and utilizing the principle of negative pressure generated by jet flow. Even with intuitive demonstrations by teachers, students can turn on and off on either side. Widely used in evaporation, distillation, crystallization, filtration, depressurization, sublimation and other operations, it is an ideal equipment for laboratories in colleges, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, food processing and other fields.
SHB-IV Double A Circulating Water Vacuum PumpFunctional features:
1. One machine is versatile, with four heads simultaneously vacuuming and four meters displaying, without affecting each other, saving energy and in line with the trend of green chemistry experiments.
2. Reduce laboratory construction costs by allowing four students to conduct chemistry experiments simultaneously, reducing the experimental space.
3. The water tank is made of newly developed plastic material, which can prevent the dissolution and corrosion of organic solvents (acetone, chloroform).
4. The pump head is stamped from industrial stainless steel plate, the motor shaft is made of stainless steel material, and the motor end cover is equipped with a silicone sealing device to prevent corrosive gases from damaging the motor.
