1、 Product Introduction
The SFQ, SFL, and DFHRV series storage type floating coil heat exchangers are a new type of storage type heat exchanger that has absorbed the superior heat transfer method of SFP and LFP series horizontal floating coil heat exchangers and considered meeting certain water storage requirements. Compared with similar products at home and abroad, it has the following characteristics:
1. The spiral floating coil bundle of the heat exchange part has a high heat transfer coefficient and automatic descaling function similar to the SFP series, which is easy to maintain and has a long service life;
2. This series of products has a certain volume, and the water storage part has a hot water capacity of 10-30 minutes. The head loss of the heated water is small and can be ignored. Stable water supply, with the installation of general automatic temperature control valves, can ensure water safety, energy saving, and comfort;
3. The heat exchange tubes are evenly distributed inside the tank, with no stagnant water and relatively few cold water areas, achieving a volume utilization rate of 80-95%;
4. When the water consumption of this product is very low or no water is needed, the circulating pump on the hot water pipe network can be used to utilize the floating coil in the tank to heat the water to be heated and supplement the heat energy. When exchanging steam and water, the condensate temperature should be less than 50 ℃, and the condensate pipe does not need to be equipped with a drain;

2、 Heat exchange mechanism
During the heating process of a floating coil, the centrifugal force generated by the flowing heat medium inside creates a high-frequency vibration in the coil, which expands and contracts freely with changes in water temperature, causing disturbance to the heated medium, disrupting laminar heat transfer, and significantly improving heat transfer efficiency. The heat transfer coefficient K ≥ 3000W/m2 ·℃ is three times that of a typical shell and tube heat exchanger.
The HRV-02 series vertical semi volumetric heat exchanger has a total of 11 specifications ranging from 0.8m3 to 5m3 in volume. Each specification also has two types of heat exchange areas, A and B. It is suitable for different hot water demand selection. To adapt to different heat sources, its heat source can be divided into saturated steam and high/low temperature softened hot water.

3、 Unique automatic descaling function
During operation, the frequent vibration of the spiral floating coil and its free expansion and contraction with water temperature cause the scale that may form outside the coil to automatically fall off, without the need for special descaling measures, interrupting normal water use and ensuring the thermal performance of the equipment.

4、 Applicable occasions
This heat exchanger is suitable for hot water supply systems in general industrial and civil buildings. When the heat medium is saturated steam, its steam pressure is 0.4-0.6MPa; When the heat medium is high-temperature water, the temperature is less than 150 ℃ and the pressure is less than 1.6MPa. Users should indicate the working pressure of the tube and shell side and the type of heat medium when selecting.
