1、 Product Introduction
The SFP and LFP series horizontal floating coil heat exchangers are a new type of heat exchanger developed based on the thermal performance and characteristics of international products such as American AERCO; This product has a novel structure, simple assembly, easy maintenance and inspection, excellent performance, and adopts separated spiral coil technology. Combining the characteristics of instant heating and strong recovery ability, while ensuring stable water temperature control, avoiding complex installation and equipment occupying large spaces, heat exchangers are increasingly becoming the preferred choice for civil, commercial, commercial, and multi-purpose buildings.

2、 Heat exchange mechanism
During the heating process of a floating coil, the centrifugal force generated by the flowing heat medium inside creates a high-frequency vibration in the coil, which expands and contracts freely with changes in water temperature, causing disturbance to the heated medium, disrupting laminar heat transfer, and significantly improving heat transfer efficiency. The heat transfer coefficient K ≥ 3000W/m2 ·℃ is three times that of a typical shell and tube heat exchanger.

3、 Unique automatic descaling function
During operation, the frequent vibration of the spiral floating coil and its free expansion and contraction with water temperature cause the scale that may form outside the coil to automatically fall off, without the need for special descaling measures, interrupting normal water use and ensuring the thermal performance of the equipment.

4、 Product Types
The SFP horizontal floating coil series heat exchanger is suitable for using steam as a heat source, and is divided into three models according to their functions: R (hot water type), N (heating type), and K (air conditioning type). Among them, R (hot water type) has 7 specifications according to the heat exchange area from 3.41m2 to 14.94m2, and N and K types have 12 specifications according to the heat exchange area from 3.41m2 to 39.40m2.
The LFP horizontal floating coil series heat exchanger is suitable for high-temperature softened water as a heat source, and there are also three models: R, N, and K. Among them, R has six specifications based on heat exchange area from 4.73m2 to 16.60m2, and heating and air conditioning types have ten specifications based on heat exchange area from 4.73m2 to 39.40m2.

5、 Applicable occasions
As mentioned above, SFP is suitable for steam as a heat source, while LFP is suitable for high-temperature softened water as a heat source. Two series of heat exchangers are widely used for hot water supply, heating, and air conditioning systems in hotels, restaurants, offices, factories, schools, hospitals, swimming pools, as well as industrial and civil buildings such as chemical, oil refining, and shipbuilding. They are particularly suitable for occasions with high requirements for equipment installation, maintenance, and operation.
