HAWE TQ and TV series diversion and collection valves HAWE TQ type diversion and collection valve is a distribution valve that does not depend on the pressure of actuator A and B ports, and can divide or collect the input or output flow of C port according to a set ratio. The TV type flow distribution valve is a priority diversion valve. The fluctuating flow rate input from port C will be allocated into a constant flow rate Qa and another remaining flow rate Qb. When one actuator is locked, the flow rate of the other actuator will be reduced to a minimum flow rate (TQ), or all will be cut off to only the remaining leakage flow rate (TV). By simulating the flow rate, a relief valve can compensate for the characteristics of this function. When an oil pump needs to provide flow to two independent and freely loaded actuators that move simultaneously, a TQ type diverter valve is required. To maintain a constant flow to one actuator, a TV type priority diverter valve is needed. |
![]() HAWE SF, SD, SK, SU type speed regulating valvesHAWE SF, SD, SK, SU speed control valves can be delivered as two-way and three-way speed control valves. They can infinitely adjust the flow rate of the hydraulic system, while the SU type speed regulating valve can be used for regulating the flow rate in two constant gears. The flow coefficient does not depend on the hydraulic system pressure and medium viscosity, and is stably maintained within its minimum deviation range. Special requirements can be met by integrating valves with other functions, such as overflow valves, unloading valves, or using external Z-port control. Two way speed control valves with bypass check valves and bridge circuits in any flow direction can also be provided. Multiple operating modes make this type of speed regulating valve more widely applicable. |
![]() HAWE SE and SEH series electric proportional speed regulating valvesHAWE SE and SEH series electric proportional speed regulating valves are used for stepless control of the working speed of actuator components, independent of pressure. They have two-way or three-way speed control valves and can be divided into direct acting proportional speed control valves (SE type) or pilot operated electro-hydraulic proportional speed control valves (SEH type), as well as normally open or normally closed structural forms. With the function of this valve, it is possible to achieve fully automatic control of the working cycle with pre selected special acceleration and deceleration, as well as braking. Pilot operated relief valves and electromagnetic unloading valves (three-way regulating valves), or bypass check valves and bridge circuit check valves (two-way regulating valves) with any flow direction can be selected as additional components. Maximum pressure Pmax=315 bar, maximum flow Qmax=0.1 to 120 l/min. |
