Material Structure


1. A mixture of modified polyoxymethylene (POM) and lead with a thickness of 0.3-0.5mm has high wear resistance and even a low friction coefficient in the case of instantaneous oil shortage. The oil storage pits with spiral angles arranged regularly on the surface of the bearing must be coated with lubricating grease during assembly.
2. The copper powder layer is 0.2-0.3mm, which has good load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. Its excellent thermal conductivity can timely transfer the heat generated during the operation of the bearing. Composite materials can penetrate into the gaps between copper powder balls, improving the bonding strength.
3. Low carbon steel 0.4~2.2mm, improving the bearing's load-bearing capacity and heat transfer effect.
4. Copper/tin electroplating layer, with a copper coating of 0.008mm and a tin coating of 0.005mm, provides the bearing with excellent corrosion resistance.
