A mixture of modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and lead (Pb) with a thickness of 0.01-0.03mm is a wear-resistant material that can form a transfer film during operation to protect the grinding shaft. 2. Copper powder layer, 0.20-0.3mm, improves the bonding strength between PTFE/Pb and copper plate layer, with good load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. A higher thermal conductivity can quickly transfer the heat generated during operation. 3. Copper substrate with a range of 0.7~2.3 improves the bearing's load-bearing capacity and heat transfer, and has better corrosion resistance. |

In addition to the same advantages as SF-1, it also has the following characteristics: Due to its self-lubricating properties, copper can be used for parts that require long-term operation and cannot be stopped for maintenance, and has better corrosion resistance than SF-1. Widely used in weak acid and strong alkali applications, port machinery, ship machinery, metallurgical steel industry, continuous casting machine billet raceway, high-temperature furnace steel ring parts, cement grouting pumps, and screw conveyors. It can be combined with a steel sleeve on the outside, or made into a flange, with the end face and inner hole rubbed together for use. |  |
