This model consists of four parts: transmission mechanism, horizontal cylinder, and plow blade flying blade; The material undergoes convective motion along the cylinder wall under the action of the plow blade. When the material flows through the flying blade, it is scattered by the high-speed rotating flying blade, thus achieving uniform mixing in a short period of time. Can meet most solid-liquid mixing and composite processes such as wet granulation and drying; Especially suitable for mixing viscous or adhesive additives.
Structural characteristics(Structural features)
1. Driving advantages
The standard product is driven by a pulley driven cycloidal reducer. Compared to the high torque of a gear reducer, the elastic connection of the belt transmission has the advantage of protecting the transmission components when overloaded.
2. Flying knife effect
The plow blades evenly distributed inside the cylinder can not only disperse the material axially during high-speed operation, but also carry the animal material to flow in a circular shape. The flying blade in the middle plays a role in assisting mixing and dispersing and depolymerizing the agglomerated material.
3. Flying blade shape and rotation speed
The flying blade group of multi-layer blades is directly connected to the motor, and the standard speed is generally1440r/min; According to the differences in material characteristics, flying knives have various shapes and rotation speeds to choose from.
4. Atomizing nozzle
An atomizing nozzle can be added above the flying knife to achieve liquid mixing. Due to the lower density of material aggregation under the cutting of the flying knife at this position, the atomized liquid material is more likely to enter and mix with the powder material.
5. Negative pressure feeding
The square door on the side of the cylinder can be used for observation and cleaning, with a standard type equipped with a sealing gasket and a fastened lock buckle; Travel switches can be installed.
6. Discharge method
This type of mixer can also be made into a continuous mixer, and the retention time of materials in the cylinder can be controlled by adjusting the opening size of the discharge valve to achieve the goal of controlling the uniformity of mixing.
