● SBC870 Product Introduction


SBC870 is an integrated industrial control machine with a built-in 7 "display screen and modular configuration of functions. It consists of four parts:

1. Industrial control motherboard: It can be equipped with various models of industrial control motherboards that comply with the ESMARC standard of Yingchuang, and supports Linux and CE operating system platforms;

2. SBC870 single board industrial control computer motherboard: dual network ports can choose 2 RJ45 electrical ports or 1 RJ45 electrical port+1 SFP optical port;

3. SBC870 chassis and display unit: display resolutions of 1024 × 600 and 800 × 480 are optional, supporting resistive or capacitive touch screens;

The I/O driver module of the SBC870 system must be a module that complies with the DM5028 specification, and can choose industrial control functions such as data acquisition, IO control, and multi-channel communication interfaces.


The SBC870 single board industrial control computer motherboard is the core component of the SBC870 machine. It carries the industrial control motherboard and IO driver module, connects to the LCD display, and extends the IO driver module signal connection end to the 28 bit terminal, thereby achieving flexible configuration of the driver interface. In addition, the SBC870 single board industrial control computer motherboard is also equipped with a mini PCI-e socket, which supports multiple 4G/GPRS/WiFi wireless communication modules.


The SBC870 single board industrial control computer motherboard provides the following resource interfaces:

1 1000Mbps network interface, compatible with 100Mbps/10Mbps networks, requires ESMARC industrial control motherboard to support 1000Mbps networks

● 1 100Mbps network interface, time-division multiplexing with SFP interface

● One SFP module interface, supporting 1000Mbps fiber optic network and time-division multiplexing with 100Mbps network interface

● 3 x USB ports

● 1 ×USB-OTG

● 1-way 3-wire RS232 interface

RTC backup battery holder, supporting CR2032-3V button batteries

Mini PCIe interface socket, supporting USB based 3G/4G/WiFi modules

LVDS or RGB display interface, supporting resistive or capacitive touch screens

● Support expanding size DM5028 interface driver module

28 position 3.5mm spacing plug-in terminal block, directly connected to DM5028 IO interface driver module

DC9~24V power input, equipped with a dedicated power switch

  

Optional functions or interfaces:

● Supports 1 independent high-precision real-time clock RX8025T
