Cleaning steps

The components of SAMS0N valve must undergo the following processes before assembly:

1. According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, and the surface should not have any machining burrs, etc;

2. All components undergo degreasing treatment;

3. After degreasing, acid pickling and passivation should be carried out, and the cleaning agent should not contain phosphorus;

4. After acid washing and purification, rinse thoroughly with purified water without any residual chemicals. This step is omitted for carbon steel components;

5. Wipe each component dry with non-woven fabric, and do not leave any wire or hair on the surface of the component, or blow dry with clean nitrogen gas;

6. Use non-woven fabric or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol to wipe each component until there is no dirty color.

Assembly requirements

The cleaned components must be sealed and stored for installation.

The requirements for the installation process are as follows:

1. The installation workshop must be kept clean or a temporary clean area must be set up, such as using newly purchased colored cloth or plastic film, to prevent dust from entering during the installation process.

2. Assembly workers must wear clean cotton work clothes, a pure cotton cap, no hair leakage, clean shoes, plastic gloves, and degreased hands.
