5、 Operation of rotary grid cleaning machine equipment

1. A dedicated electrician is responsible for connecting the power supply.

2. After connecting the power supply, first turn on the power switch and observe whether the direction of the rake teeth of the equipment matches the direction indicated by the arrow on the safety cover. If it does not match, the power should be cut off and adjusted immediately.

3. When starting the operation, first check that the circuit, instruments, and buttons of the electric control phase are in normal condition. Then place the power switch in the "start" position, and the rake can be operated manually or automatically.

4. After connecting the power supply, perform a no-load test run. First, jog, manually switch, and observe the grille to ensure there is no shaking, jamming, or abnormal noise. If there are any abnormal phenomena, stop the machine for inspection and troubleshooting.

5. After the device is running normally, the power switch can be switched to automatic operation mode.

6. Usually, the appropriate start stop time should be determined based on the amount of waste passing through the pump station, such as 5-minute start and 30 minute stop. Once determined, the machinery should be put into automatic mode.
