With the addition of high-frequency microwave oscillation, the killing effect is good, the material color is bright, and at the same time, some moisture is lost in the killing process, saving drying costs. Microwave killing uses the moisture of the material itself to form steam killing. After finishing the withering, the finished product is dried once by microwave drying. The dried flowers have uniform dryness, a green color, and do not damage or change the nutritional composition of the material. At the same time, they have sterilization function. The bacterial content of roses dried by microwave drying can fully meet the hygiene standards required by food QS certification. According to our actual calculations, microwave drying 4.6 pounds of fresh flowers can produce 1 pound of dried flowers, with a drying rate 8% higher than air drying.
