System Introduction

The Chuangxiang Intelligent Control Robot Welding Seam Tracking G System consists of a robot welding seam tracker CXZK-JXB300, a robot control box, and a robot specific adapter. It has a digital and integrated integrated structure, which can detect and track multiple welding seams in real-time online, achieve welding automation and intelligence, realize real-time communication between the robot and the control system, and achieve functions such as robot welding seam tracking and positioning.

The robot weld seam tracking G system adopts a design concept of installation distance of 300mm, controlling the installation distance so that the camera does not need to use arc blocking devices. Due to the long installation distance, the impact of arc light and splashing on the sensor is minimal and can be basically ignored, so there is no need to add an arc shield to this system. In addition, it also has the characteristics of anti electromagnetic interference and replaceable lens protection film.

Supporting adaptation to over 40 mainstream robot brands both domestically and internationally:

Domestic brands: Xinsong, Efte, Times, Guangshu, etc;

Foreign brands: Yaskawa, KUKA, Fanuc, ABB, etc.
