Working principle of rice dryer
The dryer consists of a drying oven, a heat exchange furnace, a conveyor belt, a material balancing device, a sealing device, an insulation device, a hot air input device, etc.
After the rice passes through the homogenizer, the material is laid flat on the mesh belt and transported to the inside of the dryer. Inside the dryer, it flips and falls layer by layer in an "s" shape, and the dried rice flows out from the discharge port. Hot air stoves provide drying media - hot air - for drying equipment. Different forms of stoves such as heat pumps, coal-fired, oil fired, and gas-fired stoves can be selected according to the fuel used.
