1、 Overview: YGW-40C Steel Bending Testing Machine is a new type of steel bending testing machine developed by our company. The machine adopts a horizontal structure design and has the characteristics of beautiful and compact appearance, automatic control of bending angle selection, no inertia after parking, convenient and fast operation, and reliable performance. It can complete bending and anti bending tests on metal materials such as ribbed steel bars, rods, pipes, and plates, and determine their bending plastic deformation capacity. The bending testing machine is designed using proprietary technology that meets the requirements of relevant standards such as GB/T1499.2-2007 "Steel for reinforced concrete - Part 2: Hot rolled ribbed steel bars", YB/T5126-2003 "Test methods for bending and reverse bending of steel bars for reinforced concrete", GB/T232-1999 "Test methods for bending of metallic materials", and GB/T244-1997 "Test methods for bending of metal pipes".

2、 Product features:

1. This machine has a compact structure, strong rigidity, and convenient and fast bending test operation;

2. Adopting hydraulic bidirectional cylinder loading, the loading speed is fast and the efficiency is high. A pressure sensor device is designed in the hydraulic oil circuit to display the bending pressure of the sample and maintain the bending load appropriately. The front end of the piston is designed with a quick change mechanism for bending centers, allowing for quick replacement of different specifications of bending centers;

3. The support distance adjustment mechanism, bending center stroke adjustment, bending angle indication mechanism, and reverse bending pressure head designed with proprietary technology ensure accurate, stable, and reliable forward and backward bending tests; 4. It can synchronously advance and retreat the bending jaws to adjust the distance of the bending fulcrum, and can perform 180 ° bending tests;

5. This machine adopts a photoelectric encoder for angle measurement, with accurate and reliable control display. The bending angle can be set arbitrarily, and it has a bending angle display device;

6. This machine is equipped with an oxide skin recovery device, which can automatically return the oxide skin to the external material bucket through an internal feeding tray.
