Many friends believe that graphics cards designed with narrow boards are simply shrinking and not worth choosing. Native AGP graphics card: The PCB commonly known as a knife card is generally only half the height of a regular one. This size is a Low Profile industrial specification that is highly favored by brand and quasi system manufacturers, and is very suitable for users of mini hosts such as quasi systems with limited space. Although the board size has been reduced, it is not a simplified version of the product as imagined. It is not inferior to full-size graphics cards in terms of functionality and performance.

The process of making cardboard used in the production of knife cards:
A, The size of the product directly determines the size of the outer packaging box, and its accuracy is very important. Use a tape measure to accurately measure the length, width, and height of the product and record it on paper. For items with irregular shapes, be sure to select a larger point for measurement. For fragile and deformable products, if auxiliary packaging materials are needed to strengthen the packaging, the size of the auxiliary packaging materials should also be included in the product dimensions.
B, After confirming the product size, the next important step is to determine the size of the cardboard used to make the cardboard box based on the product size. As we all know, a rectangular or cubic cardboard box, when laid flat, forms a rectangular cardboard. The length of the rectangular cardboard is the (length+width) x 2 of the cardboard box, and the width of the cardboard is the width+height of the cardboard box.
C, Lay the prepared cardboard flat on the floor, measure the required length with a tape measure, and mark it with a pen. Be sure to select two points, as they form a straight line.
D, After cutting the cardboard, what we need to do now is to mark the dimensions we recorded on the paper onto the cardboard.
E, Fold the cardboard along the long edge according to the marked pressure line to form a rectangular prism. Place the joint inside the cardboard box. If there is white glue, you can apply some white glue or use strong double-sided tape to the joint. Stick the joint together and then seal it with transparent tape on the outside.
