All method flanges with nominal diameters ranging from DN300 × DN400 to 6000 × 5000 are made of angle steel;
All method flanges with nominal diameters ranging from 7000 × 4600 to 11000 × 6600 are made of channel steel.
Different materials should be selected for different usage scenarios and stability;
When the temperature t ≤ 300 ℃, choose material Q235-A, F;
When the temperature is 300 ℃ ＜ t ≤ 400 ℃, choose material Q235-A/B
When the temperature is 400 ℃ ＜ t ≤ 475 ℃, choose material 10 or Q345 (16Mn).
