Radial belt rear vacuum pressure gauge
Vacuum gauge: an instrument used to measure pressures below atmospheric pressure.
Vacuum pressure gauge: an instrument used to measure pressures greater than or less than atmospheric pressure.

Vacuum pressure gauges and vacuum gauges are used in mechanical, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, mining, power and other departments to measure the pressure or negative pressure of non crystalline, non solidifying liquid, gas or steam media that have no corrosive effect on steel, copper and copper alloys, and no explosion hazard.
The shock resistant vacuum gauge is used to measure the negative pressure of non corrosive and non crystalline media under vibration and pressure fluctuations.
Electric contact vacuum pressure gauges and electric contact vacuum gauges are used to measure the (pressure) and negative pressure of non crystalline and non solidifying liquids, gases, and other media that have no corrosive effect on copper and copper alloys, and no explosion hazard. When the pressure reaches the predetermined value, the control circuit can be connected or disconnected with the help of a contact device, and an electrical signal can be emitted at the same time.
Electric contact vacuum pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure and negative pressure of non crystalline and non solidified liquids, gases, and other media such as copper and copper alloys, which have no corrosive effect and no explosion hazard. When the pressure and negative pressure reach the predetermined values, the magnetic electric contact device can be used to connect or disconnect the control circuit
Electric contact vacuum gauges are used to measure the negative pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors that do not corrode copper and copper alloys. And when the negative pressure reaches the predetermined value, an electrical signal is emitted to turn on or off the control circuit.
Vacuum gauges and pressure gauges are used to measure the pressure and negative pressure of liquid and gas media that have no corrosive effect on stainless steel 316L and 0Crl8Ni12MO2Ti. Stainless steel has stronger corrosion resistance to the environment.
Acid resistant pressure vacuum gauge is used to measure the pressure and negative pressure of nitric acid and alkaline liquid media; Acid resistant vacuum gauge is used to measure the negative pressure of nitric acid and alkaline liquids.

Structural principle:
A vacuum pressure gauge consists of a pressure guiding system (including joints, spring tubes, flow limiting screws, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, a reading device (pointer and dial), and a housing (including case, cover, glass, etc.). The pressure gauge housing is of an airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal components from environmental influences and contamination invasion. The pressure gauge is filled with damping fluid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) inside the housing, which can resist working environment vibration and reduce the pulsation effect of medium pressure.

Key Features:
(1) Stable performance, high measurement accuracy, and fast response speed.
(2) An absolute vacuum gauge with an accuracy of 0.5 or above can be used as a standard vacuum gauge.
(3) The measurement is the total pressure, including the pressure of gas and steam.
(4) The measurement results are independent of the type, composition, and properties of the gas.
(5) During the measurement process, the vacuum gauge itself has very little suction and discharge, and will not affect the measured atmosphere.
(6) There are no high-temperature components inside the vacuum gauge, which will not cause oil vapor to decompose.
(7) If corrosion-resistant materials are used for manufacturing, the pressure of corrosive gases can be measured.
(8) The structure is sturdy and easy to seal and install.
(9) Easy to operate, no need for adjustment, but requires regular calibration.
