1、 Product Introduction
The RV03/04 series positive displacement heat exchanger is a new patented heat exchanger introduced from the China Academy of Building Design and Research. It is a new generation of positive displacement heat exchanger that overcomes the disadvantages of old products such as high steel consumption, high requirements for equipment rooms, limited variety and specifications, and limited selection after utilizing the successful experience of the "RV-02" double tube bundle positive displacement heat exchanger series. After thermal performance testing at the North China Testing Center of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, its thermal performance far exceeds other similar products, and it is currently an ideal and wise heat exchange equipment for hot water users.

2、 Product Features
The RV03/04 series volumetric heat exchanger has the following performance advantages compared to similar products:
◎ Adopting small tube diameter heat exchange tube bundle and secondary heat exchange of heat medium;
Add flow guiding and blocking devices inside the tank to significantly improve the heat transfer coefficient;
Adopting a new type of heat exchange tube bundle, multiple processes, and high utilization rate of heat medium;
The cooling effect of the heat medium is significant, which is 1.2 to 2 times that of similar standard tanks;
The cold water area is small, with a capacity utilization rate of 90%;
The comprehensive performance is far superior to similar standard tanks, with high efficiency and energy saving.

3、 Product Types
The RV03 series has 6 specifications based on volume integration, ranging from 1.5m3 to 15m3. Each specification can be divided into steam type and high-temperature softened hot water type according to the type of heat medium in the tube side. Each model is further divided into three types of heat exchange areas: A, B, and C, which are suitable for different hot water production capacities.
The RV04 series has a total of 23 specifications ranging from 1.5m3 to 15m3 by volume. There are also two types of heat media, steam type and high-temperature hot water type, available for heating. Each model has four types of heat exchange areas, A, B, C, and D, to meet different hot water needs.

4、 Applicable occasions
This series of heat exchangers is widely used for hot water supply in general industrial and civil buildings, such as hotels, nursing homes, high-rise buildings, sports halls, residential areas, and other industrial water units. Compared with other similar heat exchangers, it has the advantages of small footprint, energy saving, and reliable operation.

Among them, RV refers to the positive displacement heat exchanger, 03 refers to the horizontal type, and 04 refers to the vertical type
N refers to the total volume (m3), XX/XX respectively refer to the design pressure of the pipe side/shell side
S refers to steam as the heat medium, H refers to hot water as the heat medium
