Rotary pump is a rotary positive displacement pump that changes the working volume by the relative motion between the rotor and the pump body, thereby increasing the energy of the fluid.

Rotary pump, also known as Roots pump, colloid pump, high concentration slurry pump, etc., relies on two synchronously moving rotors and is driven by a pair of external synchronous gearboxes. The rotors rotate synchronously in the opposite direction under the drive of the transmission shaft, thus forming a high vacuum degree and discharge pressure. The two rotors divide the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate in the order of I → II → III → IV. When operating to position I, only the inlet is filled with medium; When operating to position II, a portion of the medium is enclosed in chamber II; When reaching position III, the medium is also enclosed in chamber III; When reaching position IV, the two rotors undergo conjugate displacement, resulting in a reduction in the volume at the outlet. The enclosed area medium is transported to the outlet pipeline. Following this cycle, the medium is continuously transported out.

  • All components in this pump that come into contact with the conveyed material are made of stainless steel materials that meet hygiene standards, and their seals are made of non-toxic rubber. Reliable rust prevention and non-toxic sealing ensure safety and hygiene.

  • Small size, high flow rate, high head and pressure, suitable for long-distance and high resistance quantitative transportation.

  • The impeller of the pump is separated from the transmission gear, and a certain gap is ensured between the various components in the pump chamber, without contact, wear, low noise, good reliability, long service life, and energy saving and consumption reduction.

  • After configuring the frequency converter, the flow rate can be adjusted freely and it can be used as a general metering pump.

  • It can transport three-phase mixed materials such as steam, liquid, and solid. The viscosity of the medium that can be transported can be as high as 1000000CP and the slurry with a solid content of 55%.

  • Compact structure, easy maintenance, almost no vulnerable parts, low operating costs.
