3、 Working principle

When the PXZ02 RF frequency meter (microwave frequency meter) is connected to the testing system, an electromagnetic field is established within the transmission waveguide of the frequency meter. Due to the presence of waveguidesHA rectangular hole is opened at the edge of the surface and the center of the bottom of the resonant cavity for magnetic coupling, and excitation is carried out inside the resonant cavityH₁₁Wave. The piston inside the resonant cavity adopts a two-stage anti current form. Control the piston to adjust the height and make the resonant cavity work inH₁₁₁pattern. Add a detector after the transmission system, and its output signal is applied to an external indicator. The reading mechanism of the frequency meter is synchronized with the piston inside the cavity during rotation. When the cavity resonates, the microwave power absorbed by the resonant cavity is * large, so the external indicator reading is a valley value. At this point, the frequency calibration value of the frequency meter is the frequency of the transmitted signal.

4、 Structural features

（1） The transmission waveguide is composed of a rectangular hole waveguide and a cavity tray, achieving the coupling purpose from the waveguide to the cylindrical cavity.

（2） The resonant cavity is composed of a cylindrical cavity and two anti current non-contact pistons, which are excited inside the cavityH₁₁₁pattern.

（3） The transmission mechanism is driven by a screw and a nut, and rotates within the effective stroke through a linked gear. The calibration point on the external reading cylinder is synchronized with the resonant wavelength of the piston inside the resonant cavity during rotation, thereby ensuring calibration accuracy.

5、 Usage and maintenance

1. PXZ02 RF frequency meter (microwave frequency meter)It is absorption type. When checking and using, the detector should be adjusted to the position where the indicator reading is the valley value after a good match, which is the frequency point.

2. PXZ02 RF frequency meter (microwave frequency meter)When not in use temporarily, it should be covered to prevent dust. When not in use for a long time, use a plastic cover to cover both ends of the waveguide and place it in a storage box.

4. When the rotary transmission mechanism exceeds the effective stroke to the collision brake position, it should not be rotated forcefully again to avoid damaging the collision brake and the linkage device, which is not synchronized with the resonance chamber piston, and causing frequency point displacement. In severe cases, it cannot be used and needs to be recalibrated.
