The wet particles made in the previous process are put into a rotating centrifugal disk, and the wet particles are subjected to the buoyancy of the air in the annular gap, the centrifugal force of rotation, and their own gravity, and move in a circular rope like shape. The formula liquid is sprayed into the moving material layer from a reasonable direction through a multi fluid spray gun, thereby forming highly spherical pellets. The principle is similar to that of a rotating fluidized bed.
