2、 Performance Overview

The fumigation furnace consists of a box, a steam heating system, a smoke generation system, a smoke exhaust system, and a control system. The outer panel is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel. It is a fully automatic fumigation furnace that integrates steaming, drying, smoking, and coloring. After being smoked, the food not only looks good in color but also has a smoky aroma, making people feel fragrant but not greasy. It can also achieve environmental protection effects, completely replacing traditional smoking methods, saving labor for workers, improving work efficiency, and enhancing the taste and elasticity of food.

3、 System Introduction

The control system of this machine is composed of the GP2301L touch screen from PRO-FACE company and the CP1H programmable controller from OMRON company. Touch screen is a human-machine interface that allows users to directly set the required product manufacturing process parameters and display monitoring information during operation, making it convenient for operators to operate and monitor product quality. The programmable logic controller (PLC) is the control center of the fumigation furnace, responsible for controlling the entire processing process. This machine has six processes: coloring, drying, smoking, steaming, baking, and exhaust.

The coloring process refers to maintaining the humidity and temperature inside the box within the required range of the process before the product is officially dried, so that the product can be colored.

The drying process refers to the air drying treatment of products to remove surface moisture.

The smoking process refers to the smoking treatment of products to achieve the desired color and flavor.

The steaming and cooking process refers to the use of steam to ripen products and make them mature.

The baking process refers to the maturation treatment of products using dry and hot air to make them mature.

The exhaust process refers to the discharge of steam or smoke from the fully automatic fumigation furnace to facilitate the ejection of products from the box.

The operation of this machine can be divided into single step operation and continuous operation. In continuous operation, the above six processes can be freely combined according to the product processing technology through process programming, and up to nine steps can be programmed for operation. 100 product formulas can be stored on the touch screen.

When the machine suddenly loses power or malfunctions and shuts down, it will continue to operate with the remaining time and process parameters when powered on again.

When the machine malfunctions and shuts down, you can enter the fault information screen, check the reason for the shutdown, and take corresponding measures to eliminate the fault.

The touch screen is equipped with a temperature and humidity curve recording function, which can display real-time curves of three parameters: temperature inside the box, humidity inside the box, and intestinal core temperature.

4、 Local features

1. This machine integrates steaming, drying, smoking, and coloring, and can achieve automated production.

2. The temperature and humidity inside the machine are uniform, and the temperature, smoking, and coloring of each part are consistent.

3. There is an air inlet preheating device at the air inlet, which has a more obvious effect in Northeast China.

4. Install special drain valves to save steam usage.
