The QL type submersible brine electric pump is a new type of corrosion-resistant pump used for extracting underground brine or alkaline media. It is composed of a three-phase asynchronous motor and a water pump that are integrated into the brine for operation. It has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, corrosion resistance, high efficiency and energy saving, and is widely used in coastal salt field operations. QL type anti brine pump (high flow submerged brine pump) is suitable for large-scale salt field operations with large water capacity.

Our factory can produce 150, 200, 250, and 350 submersible brine pumps with a head of 22m to 130m and a flow rate of 5-500m3/h according to user needs, with supporting motors of 2.2-22KW.

Using environmental soil:

1. Power supply: A three-phase AC power supply with a frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage of 380V, and allowable variation range of ± 10%.

2. Water source: (1) The temperature of the brine should not exceed 20C.

(2) The alkali content (mass ratio) in brine shall not exceed 0.5%.

(3) The specific gravity of brine is not greater than 1.2, and the pH value is 6-10.

(4) The chloride ion content in brine should not exceed 5000 milligrams per liter.
