Introduction

The QL mud shear force meter is used to measure the strength (static shear force) of the grid structure formed by the mutual attraction and bonding of clay particles in the mud at rest, that is, the force required to destroy the grid structure per unit area in the mud (shear force). The measured initial and final shear forces have great significance for drilling and hole protection.

Scope of Application

This shear force meter is used for measuring gel strength on drilling sites or in laboratories.
