    QJB-WType surplusSubmersible reflux pumpThis is a new product developed by our company in the production technology of submersible mixers. The pump is a professional equipment for mixed liquid reflux, denitrification and denitrification in secondary sewage treatment plants. It can also be used for pumping purified water during surface drainage, irrigation and controlling waterway systems. In the process of wastewater treatment, micro head and high flow places are required in the circulation or mud suction circuit.

    1. Cable: The cable adopts a specially designed waterproof cable;

    2. Junction box: The junction box is fully enclosed and isolated from the surrounding liquid and stator box;

    3. Motor: 50Hz squirrel cage 3-phase submersible asynchronous motor, F-class insulation, protection level IP68. The motor is cooled by the surrounding medium;

    4. Shaft: The shaft of the electric motor is made of stainless steel material, and the rotor undergoes dynamic balance testing;

    5. Sealing: The static seal is an O-ring seal. The shaft seal is a mechanical seal that isolates the oil chamber from the surrounding medium;

    6. Bearing: Imported bearings are used, with a designed service life of over 100000 hours;

    7. Oil chamber: Oil is used to lubricate and cool the mechanical seal friction pair, and isolate the permeate;

    8. Impeller: The impeller has three blades, which are wide and thin, with a smooth and swept back surface, efficient and unobstructed operation, and have self-cleaning function;

    9. Imported cone tube: The purpose of imported cone tube is to form the best flow state;

    10. Discharge joint: The discharge joint is used to fix the inlet cone pipe on the outlet pipe;

    11. Guiding device: The guiding device consists of two pipes (conduits) and an upper conduit clamp.

    Regular maintenance of the sludge reflux pump can not only extend its service life, but also reduce equipment wear and maintenance costs.

    After a period of use, the water pump unit and pipelines should undergo the following maintenance work.

    (1) Drain the remaining water from the water pump and pipeline.

    (2) If disassembly is convenient, the water pump and pipeline can be removed and cleaned thoroughly.

    (3) Check the ball bearings, and replace them if the inner and outer sleeves are worn, loose, the ball bearings are worn, or there are spots on the surface. Clean the bearings with gasoline or kerosene and apply butter for storage if they are still usable.

    (4) Check whether there are cracks or small holes on the impeller, and whether the impeller fixing nut is loose. If it is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced. Check the clearance at the impeller wear reducing ring. If it exceeds the specified value, it should be repaired or replaced.

    (5) If the water pump and pipeline are not disassembled, the outlet should be sealed with a cover plate to prevent debris from entering.

    (6) When the transmission tape is not in use, it should be removed, cleaned and dried with warm water, and stored in a place without direct sunlight. It should also not be stored in places with oil stains, corrosive substances, or smoke. Under no circumstances should the tape be contaminated with oily substances such as engine oil, diesel, or gasoline, and do not apply rosin or other viscous substances to the tape. Before using the tape, the white powder on the contact surface of the tape must be removed.

    (7) Clean all screws and bolts with a wire brush and apply engine oil or soak them in diesel for storage.
