1、 Equipment Introduction
When the CASS and SBR tanks start to receive water, as the water level continues to rise, the decanter relies on the buoyancy of the float to slowly float up along the guide rod and float on the water surface. When the tank begins to aerate, the outlet valve of the decanter is closed, and the inlet is located at the bottom of the float. The air generated during aeration is used to isolate the inlet from the sludge generated during aeration, effectively improving water quality.
The QFT type small float decanter is suitable for small water tanks with a length of less than 3 meters. It connects the drainage system with the collection system through a steel wire hose pipe. The collection system consists of a float and an inlet tank. Due to the buoyancy of the float, the inlet head of the decanter can change with the water surface, ensuring that the floating debris on the water surface will not enter the drainage pipe during drainage. When starting drainage, open the electric valve and the floating inlet head will start drainage. When stopping drainage, simply close the electric valve. This decanter can also be used in conjunction with other devices to achieve automatic control of sewage treatment plants. The main body of the decanter is made of stainless steel material, and the connecting pipe is a high-strength steel wire hose.

2、 The main process flow is as follows:
SBR, CASS tank inlet, fan exhaust, sludge sedimentation, and water decanter (1 hour)

3. The float adopts a floating design, which can maintain the depth of the water at the decanting layer constant according to the constantly changing water level in the pool, achieving the effect of decanting water.
4. When the equipment is running, the decanting speed is uniform, the water surface is stable without fluctuations, the main power is noiseless, and the decanting can continuously rise with the continuous increase of water level.
5. During normal operation of the equipment, the electric valve can be used to make arbitrary adjustments to the decanting range between 0 and the decanting depth
