The QCX series ultrasonic bottle washing machine is a compact and high-yield oral liquid bottle washing machine, suitable for cleaning antibiotic bottles or oral liquid bottles in the pharmaceutical industry.

Working Principle:

The glass container automatically slides down along the inclined bottle tray to the conveyor belt, and is sent to the bottle sorting tray. It is divided into three (four or five) teams and enters the turning wheel. The turning wheel automatically and smoothly separates the container and pushes it into the bottle flipping track. From inside, circulating water, ultrasonic cleaning, purified water external flushing, compressed air internal and external flushing and other processes are injected to achieve complete cleaning. Finally, it is sent out of the cleaning machine and enters the sterilization tunnel dryer.
