Component method for programmable high and low temperature impact testing machine:

1. Thermal cycle test: The air circulation rate should not be less than 2m · s-1, so that the temperature of the component is between -40 ± 2 ℃ and 85 ± 2 ℃, and the temperature change rate between and should not exceed 100 ℃/h. At each extreme temperature, it should be kept stable for at least 10 minutes. One cycle should not exceed 6 hours.

2. Wet cold test: The temperature of the component should be between -40 ± 2 ℃ and 85 ± 2 ℃, and the temperature change rate between and should not exceed 100 ℃/h or 100 ℃/h. The component should complete 10 cycles, and the temperature should be within ± 2 ℃ of the set value. At temperatures above room temperature, the relative humidity should be maintained within ± 5% of the set value.
