Component method for programmable high and low temperature impact testing machine:
1. Thermal cycle test: The air circulation rate should not be less than 2m · s-1, so that the temperature of the component is between -40 ± 2 ℃ and 85 ± 2 ℃, and the temperature change rate between and should not exceed 100 ℃/h. At each extreme temperature, it should be kept stable for at least 10 minutes. One cycle should not exceed 6 hours.
2. Wet cold test: The temperature of the component should be between -40 ± 2 ℃ and 85 ± 2 ℃, and the temperature change rate between and should not exceed 100 ℃/h or 100 ℃/h. The component should complete 10 cycles, and the temperature should be within ± 2 ℃ of the set value. At temperatures above room temperature, the relative humidity should be maintained within ± 5% of the set value.
3. Wet heat test: The test temperature is 85 ± 2 ℃, the relative humidity is 85% ± 5%, and the test time is 1000 hours.

Users can design programs on the computer screen, collect test data and records, call program execution, remotely control machine power on and off, and other functions. When an abnormal situation occurs, the controller screen automatically displays the fault status in real time, cuts off the computer switch, and provides troubleshooting methods.
4. The refrigeration system adopts a combination of binary cascade refrigeration and room temperature refrigeration design. Binary cascade refrigeration uses different compressors to work in different temperature ranges to increase the service life of the equipment.
