Product details

Centrifugal aerators are widely used in industry, and many materials involved in material processing also require the use of centrifugal aerators for mixing materials. But now many industries require oxygenation treatment, which can better handle it. Today, Nanjing Du'an Water Treatment will introduce to you the principle of centrifugal aerator oxygenation treatment:

      1. The electric motor drives the underwater impeller to rotate, lifting and spraying water into the air to form small water droplets, which carry oxygen back to the lake.

      2. The enormous torque of the underwater impeller drives large-scale water flow and causes significant disturbance to the surface water caused by the fountain, providing a high oxygenation rate for the water and possessing the fluidity characteristics of active water.

    3. Adequate oxygen maintains the balance of nutrients in water bodies to control the accumulation of sediment and silt.

      4. The unique form of water convection involves the exchange of surface water and bottom water during vertical circulation. Fresh oxygen is input into the bottom of the lake, and waste gas is mixed and released onto the surface of the water, forming an aerobic microbial community at the bottom of the lake. This can effectively prevent anaerobic digestion and greatly reduce the odor of decay.

      5. Surface hot water bodies have higher anaerobic properties, while lake water with lower bottom temperatures is transported to the surface, inhibiting the growth of algae on the water surface

Principle of oxygenation for centrifugal aerators, submerged centrifugal aerators, DSA1.5 submersible centrifugal aerators

A submersible aerator consists of five parts, namely a submersible pump, a jet generator, a diffuser, a suction pipe, and a flexible hose. On the basis of traditional spraying mechanisms, advanced technology has been adopted. Has good overall integrity, easy installation, saves operating costs and ground performance.

DSA1.5 centrifugal submersible aeratorAlso known as porous air diffusion device, it uses porous materials such as ceramics, coarse ceramics, etc. mixed with appropriate adhesives, sintered at high temperature to form diffusion plates, diffusion tubes, and diffusion covers. Currently, the most widely used is the membrane micro porous aeration device made by laser drilling rubber membranes. The main performance characteristics of a submersible aerator are the generation of tiny bubbles, large gas liquid contact surface, and high oxygen utilization efficiencyThe disadvantage is that there is a large loss of air pressure and it is prone to blockage. The incoming air should be filtered in advance.

The membrane type submersible aerator adoptsABS engineering plastic is used for the chassis, pallet, and compression clamp, while the air cloth membrane is made of special synthetic rubber and covered with tiny holes on the surface. During oxygen aeration, the micropores on the gas distribution membrane of the aerator can expand and open on their own under the action of gas, ensuring that gas passes through the micropores. When in a stationary state, the micropores on the gas distribution film are in a closed state. Some submersible aerators are equipped with air valve devices on the chassis of the aerator, which prevent the mixed liquid from entering the gas distribution branch pipe when the pipeline system stops supplying gas, thus avoiding the mixed liquid from entering the branch pipe and being blocked.

During operation, the impeller of the water pump is driven by high-speed rotation, and the mud mixture is pushed to form an air jet, generating a jet around the negative pressure zone. Air is sucked into the negative pressure zone of the nozzle through the suction pipe, and the gas is fully mixed with water and sludge in the jet pipe. The jet momentum is gradually converted into pressure energy through the jet diffusion pipe, which becomes the diffusion pipe. In the diffuser, the mixture of gas, water, and mud is further mixed, forcing the gas to continue cutting, crushing, and emulsifying, ensuring that most of the oxygen is dissolved in the water. At the same time, under the pressure of the jet fluid, the oxygen molecules and tiny bubbles sprayed from the nozzle diffuse, the diffused water and the affected bottom sludge are stirred, and slowly rise from the bottom to the water surface.

This device can generate high negative pressure and strong turbulence between the slurry and air in the jet, mix, shear, and promote high-frequency oscillation of liquid film and gas film. The diameter of bubbles is greatly reduced, the number of bubbles increases, and the specific surface area of bubbles increases. At the same time, thinning of the gas film can greatly reduce mass transfer resistance and facilitate better transfer of molecular oxygen from the gas phase to the liquid phase.

During the high-speed process, the jet has a high angular velocity due to the dispersing effect of high-speed rotation. The jet has strong penetration power, and the tiny bubbles travel far on the water, enhancing stirring, clogging, and aerobic capacity.

    Performance characteristics of submersible aerator

      1. High dissolved oxygen

Unique powder flow design, inhaling air and mixing slurry, small and numerous bubbles, high dissolved oxygen rate. The oxygen transfer efficiency is30%, higher than conventional aeration by 35%.

      Mix evenly

High speed rotating mixture of gas, water, and mudThe penetration power of activated sludge enables the conversion efficiency of oxygen in water and achieves good mixing effect, ensuring uniform mixing of activated sludge and maintaining its suspended state. Meanwhile, due to mixing and stirring, the capacity of the aeration tank has been increased.

      3. No noise during operation

This equipment is designed based on water, with no noise and improved working environment. It can be arranged in sewage treatment facilities in living areas.

The system is simple and reliable.

This equipment has no fan room or complex air pipeline system, simple operation, no blockage, no air filtration device, and stable operation. Mechanical sealing and reliable operation are adopted in the manufacturing of high-density polyethylene engineering plastics using injection devices and diffusers.

     Easy installation and minimal maintenance

Adjust the equipment based on the structural characteristics, water treatment capacity, and changes in water quality indicators of the aeration tank. This type of equipment usually has a spray device installed on the diffuser, a separate hose pump for submersible pumps, and a maintenance elevator connection to avoid repairing the sewage tank. At the same time, it is more convenient for handling, installation, and disassembly.

Jet devices and diffusers are static equipment that do not require operation or maintenance. Quality is easy to ensure. Therefore, the equipment does not require maintenance.

centrifugalThe main utilization of submersible aerators

The aeration device can be said to be a combination of two parts, a mixing device and equipment, and multiple times. On this equipment, environmental protection, water conservancy engineering and other mechanical aspects are used. Compared with general flow devices, this submersible aerator has more advantages. So what are its advantagesThe advantages introduced here are this type of submersible aerator. Its advantages are mainly reflected in its operation, which is powered by the motor, causing the impeller to rotate. The high-speed rotation around the impeller forms a low-pressure zone and attracts surrounding water to the area. Due to the rotation of the impeller, some air is also brought in, resulting in a mixture of water and air in the internal machinery, which is a prominent point.

By stirring and mixing, a certain centrifugal force is generated, and the impeller generated by the centrifugal force is used to discharge the mixture from the machine. This is the main function of the machine, and with the development of machinery, specialized equipment such as submersible mixers and propulsion devices have emerged.

As a sewage treatment plant, it is the most important equipment used in the aeration tank. Its main function is to play the role of the medium in the pool. The effect of such a function is to promote media preparation for subsequent work. In use, this type of machinery uses the power generated by an electric motor to drive the impeller to rotate, thereby generating centrifugal force. The medium in the centrifugal section is discharged, while the other is pulled inside and stirred by the aerator, which then drives the impeller to rotate and centrifuge, causing the aeration tank in the medium to settle.

This function is currently the main use of submersible centrifugal aerators. Compared to submersible propulsion devices, this mechanism is very strong, but it is not as good as aerators in mixing. This push device is the most important in speed boats, which is the main form of plug flow, and compared to diving devices, in fact, it still uses more equipment.
