
The IDP20 intelligent differential pressure transmitter can accurately and reliably measure differential pressure values. In addition to outputting standard signals of 4-20mA DC in a two-wire system, it can also provide digital signal output using the HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transformer) protocol or FF (FOUNDATION Fieldbus) fieldbus for convenient remote configuration and monitoring using software.
All transmitters have on-site digital displays that intuitively indicate the measured pressure. The LCD multi segment display of intelligent products can display measured pressure, transmitter output current, or range percentage, and display the measured value percentage in the form of a bar graph. When the transmitter fails, the LCD indicator will display an alarm message.
The transmitter can be easily recalibrated. The transmitter is equipped with on-site buttons, which, when combined with LCD parameter indicators, can be easily set up on site.
The product adopts a standard modular design with the same structure, which can be easily replaced or upgraded. Sensors offer a variety of optional materials to meet different on-site needs.
The product is suitable for measuring liquid, gas, and vapor media, and is widely used in petrochemical, power station, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food, shipbuilding, and all other industrial applications.
Classification of transmitters
The product structure is compact and exquisite, and there are multiple materials available for the contact medium part. Reliable performance, high measurement accuracy, and the application of intelligent electronic components. The product comes with HART or FF communication protocols, making it easy to calibrate or configure. Differential pressure transmitters provide range limits from 0.1 to 10 MPa, with only 7 ranges available to meet almost all differential pressure measurement applications, greatly reducing the need for backup transmitters and spare parts.
