It has two functions: fully open and fully close, allowing the working fluid in a certain pipeline of the system to flow and close completely. It has flexible opening and closing rotation, small driving torque, high tightness, and can withstand high working pressure and temperature. It has the characteristics of flexible rotation and easy adjustment by adjusting different flow rates at different positions within the 90 degree stroke of the baffle. For the hot air regulating door, there is also a sealing joint at the shaft end bearing, which can allow sealed air to be introduced from the outside.
The opening and closing angle of the air door is 90 degrees, and the opening and closing time is less than or equal to 45 seconds. When choosing to close the baffle damper, users should pay attention to the following:
1. The width or length in the specifications for closing the damper refers to the inner edge size of the inner frame of the damper frame. Width is the dimension perpendicular to the baffle.
2. Based on the size of the inner edge of the pipeline connected to the air door, select the same or similar specifications of the air door, and the maximum allowable deviation on one side is 50mm.
3. In the pipeline layout, the damper shaft should be kept in a horizontal position.
4. For specifications not included in the series, special designs can be made according to user requirements.
