Powder valve pocket

This scale is designed for quantitative packaging of powder materials with poor flowability such as feed, fertilizer, rubber powder, PE powder, etc. It adopts a screw feeding method, and the materials enter the buffer bin through a pneumatic butterfly valve. The materials are fed into the bag through a variable frequency controlled feeding screw. By controlling the speed of the spiral to control the feeding amount, once the bag is weighed and filled, its gripper is opened by the control system, and the bag is transported away by the conveyor belt with manual assistance for sealing.
