Working principle of powder recycling filter cartridge dust collector
After the dusty gas enters the ash hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section, some coarse dust particles in the airflow settle down under the action of gravity and inertia; After entering the filtering chamber, dust particles with fine particle size and low density deposit on the surface of the filter material through a combination of Brownian diffusion and sieving effects. The purified gas passes through the filter cartridge and enters the clean air chamber of the upper box, where it is collected and discharged from the air outlet.
The resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter material. When the resistance reaches a certain specified value, carry out dust cleaning. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the upper limit of the resistance of the dust collector should be maintained within the range of 1400-1600Pa. When this limit is exceeded, the PLC pulse automatic controller should issue commands through fixed resistance or timing to perform three state dust cleaning. 1. Determination of filtering wind speed
The filtering wind speed is one of the key parameters for selecting dust collectors, which should be determined based on the properties, particle size, temperature, concentration, and other factors of dust or smoke particles in different application scenarios. Generally, the inlet dust concentration is 15-30g/m3, and the filtering wind speed should not exceed 0.6-0.8m/min; The inlet dust concentration should be between 5-15g/m3, and the filtration wind speed should not exceed 0.8-1.2m/min; The inlet dust concentration should be ≤ 5g/m3, and the filtration wind speed should not exceed 1.5-2m/min. In short, when selecting the filtering wind speed, in order to reduce equipment resistance, it is generally not advisable to choose a filtering wind speed that is too high.
