The PosiTector 6000 includes both integrated and split type instruments, consisting of a main body and a probe. There are multiple interchangeable probes to choose from. Used for measuring non-magnetic coatings on magnetic substrates such as steel, as well as insulation layers on non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, and austenitic stainless steel. Integrated design, convenient for one handed operation. There are also right angle probes used for measuring in areas with relatively low clearance height. With its small probe tip and thin piece measurement accuracy, it is highly suitable for measuring small parts, hard to reach areas, or near edge areas. Alignment measurements can also be performed on small, flat, or curved components. Sealed constant pressure stainless steel probe, completely waterproof, suitable for underwater use. The dual phase coating system uses a combination of two anti-corrosion systems, typically used to measure the thickness of paint or powder coatings (hot-dip, electroplating, or zinc spray metallization) applied to galvanized steel plates. It can measure the total thickness of the zinc layer and coating separately at once

Probe (more detailed probe information)

-All probes are detachable
-F-type probe - electromagnetic. Non magnetic coatings used on magnetic substrates such as steel, such as paint, plastic, enamel, chromium, zinc, etc
-N-type probe - eddy current. Used for all insulation layers on non-ferrous metals (such as copper, aluminum, austenitic stainless steel), such as anodized film, paint, etc
-FN type probe - a dual-purpose probe that can automatically switch measurements on magnetic and non-magnetic substrates
-The surface of the FXS probe is made of zirconia toughened alumina, which is suitable for workpieces with rough surfaces and can withstand high temperatures up to 250 ℃
-The surface of FHXS probe is made of alumina and is equipped with armored probe wire, which can withstand high temperature of 250 ℃
-The FNDS probe is specifically designed to measure the coating on galvanized sheets, and can simultaneously measure the thickness of the zinc layer and the coating separately
