PosiTector6000 Integrated/Conventional Range Coating Thickness Gauge
The PosiTector 6000 includes both integrated and split type instruments, consisting of a main body and a probe. There are multiple interchangeable probes to choose from. Used for measuring non-magnetic coatings on magnetic substrates such as steel, as well as insulation layers on non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, and austenitic stainless steel. Integrated design, convenient for one handed operation. There are also right angle probes used for measuring in areas with relatively low clearance height. With its small probe tip and thin piece measurement accuracy, it is highly suitable for measuring small parts, hard to reach areas, or near edge areas. Alignment measurements can also be performed on small, flat, or curved components. Sealed constant pressure stainless steel probe, completely waterproof, suitable for underwater use. The dual phase coating system uses a combination of two anti-corrosion systems, typically used to measure the thickness of paint or powder coatings (hot-dip, electroplating, or zinc spray metallization) applied to galvanized steel plates. It can measure the total thickness of the zinc layer and coating separately at once
