The detection principle of the portable melamine rapid analyzer is based on the colorimetric turbidity method using chromogenic photoelectric colorimetry. After reacting with a color reagent, melamine produces a white precipitate, which forms a stable turbid liquid in the solution. The turbidity of the solution is proportional to the content of melamine. Firstly, add pre-treatment reagents to precipitate proteins in the sample, take the supernatant and add an appropriate amount of color reagent for reaction. Measure the turbidity of the solution at 410nm to achieve rapid detection of melamine.
