The new type of polyester needle punched felt produced by our company is made of 0.8-1.5D or fine fibers. This product has the following advantages over the filter cloth produced by conventional polyester fibers: reduced pore size, high porosity, and filtration; High strength and low elongation fiber filaments are used as the base fabric, significantly improving its strength; Enhanced acid and alkaline resistance; Improved hydrolysis resistance; Smooth surface treatment reduces operating resistance and improves dust stripping properties; Enhance surface filtration efficiency; It is a high-quality filtering material in the polyester series.
Polypropylene fiber is used to manufacture polypropylene needle punched filter felt. In addition to some advantages of ordinary needle punched filter felt, polypropylene needle punched felt is generally used in situations where the flue gas temperature is below 100 ℃ and the acidity and alkalinity are high, or for liquid-solid separation where the acidity and alkalinity are high, due to its superior acid and alkali resistance and lower softening point compared to polyester fiber.
