The polyethylene specific swing screen is mainly used for screening general powders and small particle materials. Swinging sieveIt is a low-frequency rotary vibrating screen that simulates artificial shaking. Its principle is: instantaneous motion is the synthesis of radial displacement and circular motion with this displacement as the axis (spiral motion). The vibration exciter that can adjust the eccentricity produces nonlinear three-dimensional motion, and the material also produces a motion similar to manual operation, thus achieving the purpose of screening. Combined with screening accessories, a more ideal screening effect can be obtained; Suitable for materials with spherical, cylindrical, sheet-like, and even irregular shapes that are prone to clogging and require precise screening.

Structural principle

The basic rotational motion is similar to that of an artificial sieve. Eccentricity adjustable from 25 to 40mm, low-speed V-belt drive adjustable from 120 to 360rpm

The residence time of each product can be adjusted by the radial and tangential directions of the swing screen towards the driving axis

Therefore, establish horizontal and throwing three-dimensional rolling motion. The material is evenly dispersed on the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge, thus propagating in a spiral motion towards the axial direction. The small particles completed the entire screening process.

The horizontal and vertical accelerations increase with the movement of particles, and particles approaching the size of the sieve are successfully separated; Larger particles are transported to the outlet, where the flow rate is controlled by an adjustable guiding device, which is another factor in controlling the residence time of the material.

This process is repeated between each screening layer.
