Product Description
Pneumatic butterfly valves are widely used for fluid automatic control or regulation control in industries such as natural gas, oil, chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, power management, mining, printing and dyeing, biopharmaceuticals, daily chemical, food and beverage, water treatment, and air treatment. They are used in conjunction with automated pneumatic instruments.
The structural characteristics of pneumatic butterfly valves are:
·Centerline elastic seal: The sealing material is divided into rubber and fluoroplastic or fully lined rubber and fluoroplastic. The elastic valve seat is equipped with high-precision butterfly plates to ensure zero leakage. The bottom, middle, and upper parts of the valve stem are equipped with bushings for support and rotational sliding, maintaining a small friction force. The product is lightweight, small in size, and can be opened and closed quickly.
·Triple eccentric structure seal: Valve seat sealing materials are divided into metal seals and fluoroplastic seals. Metal sealed butterfly valves have elastic sealing ring seats and multi-layer composite butterfly plates. The three-dimensional eccentric sealing structure has small opening and closing friction, reliable sealing performance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, self centering effect, minimal leakage, and long service life. The product has a reasonable structure, light weight, small volume, small installation size, easy operation, and quick opening and closing.
