Product details
Pneumatic drain can be used in compressed air equipment and pipelines, including air compressor drain, air storage tank drain, dryer drain, and precision filter drain. It can automatically discharge the condensed water generated inside the compression system at any time, keeping the compressed air dry and clean.
Its advantages are as follows:
Extra large flow holes make it easy to discharge oily sludge like sewage;
Heavy duty valve plate steel, durable and outstanding;
Automatic cleaning function, the valve port is not easily blocked;
All metal products, high pressure resistance;
Not afraid of organic solvents, high safety.

Technical parameters:
Applicable fluids: various compressed gases;
• Operating temperature: 0~16Bar;
• Inlet pipe diameter: 1/2 '' NPT;
Drainage connection: ø 8 or 4 points for pipe teeth.
Installation instructions:
1. During installation, confirm the inlet and outlet directions according to the arrows, and the drain body must be kept in a vertical direction (with the text on the valve body as correct).
1. During installation, confirm the inlet and outlet directions according to the arrows, and the drain body must be kept in a vertical direction (with the text on the valve body as correct).
2. If the water volume is particularly large, loosen the regulating valve counterclockwise to increase the drainage volume, and then tighten the nut after adjustment.
3. If there is no drainage, loosen the regulating valve counterclockwise to allow the air pressure to flush out the dirt, and then tighten the regulating valve.
4. If the environment is too dirty, the filter screen needs to be cleaned regularly. The steps for cleaning the filter screen are:
① First, close the inlet valve and confirm that there is no pressure inside
② Loosen the upper cover, remove the upper cover filter for cleaning, and lock it tightly when reinstalling the upper cover
③ Loosen the lower cover, remove the lower cover filter for cleaning, and then reinstall it in sequence
5. The drainage outlet can be connected to the sewage pipeline through a ø 8 pipe, or the drainage outlet joint can be removed and replaced with a 1/'' pipe to introduce the sewage system

| Drain hole |
The drainage hole is 1-2 times larger than the other two |
The drainage hole is very small |
The drainage hole is slightly larger |
| Cleaning frequency |
Comes with cleaning function, basically no need for cleaning |
Need to maintain a frequency of once a month |
Electromagnetic valves are prone to clogging and require frequent cleaning |
By comparing the above points, due to its simple installation, non clogging of pressurized drainage, and ultra-low failure rate, it is significantly better than other drainage devices and more suitable for automated production.
