This product is mainly used for cooling and shaping plastic products, with a working environment of vacuum. There are multiple types of this product, which can be used according to different types of pipes to ensure optimal work efficiency.
The main function of a vacuum formed water tank is to size and cool the pipes. Equipped with automatic monitoring of water level and temperature, the sizing plate is installed on the vacuum formed water tank and equipped with a pre cooling chamber. The inlet is a wet inlet type, where cold water directly contacts the plastic pipe through a circular channel and a specially designed water distribution plate. The box and water pipes are made of stainless steel material.
The vacuum shaping cooling device for pipes is mainly matched with plastic extruders, forming and shaping molds, tractors, cutting machines, and flipping stacking devices. The main function of this machine is to shape and cool the molten pipe blanks extruded from the mold into pipes under vacuum and spray conditions.
This device is divided into two sections, the front section is the vacuum and spray cooling section, and the rear section is the spray cooling section.
