The YSWF-GDJ Yanshan pipeline silent and non negative pressure automatic water supply equipment mainly consists of five parts: non negative pressure device, steady flow compensator, pipeline silent pump, stabilizing tank, and variable frequency control cabinet. The municipal pipe network tap water is directly connected to the steady flow compensator. When the steady flow compensator is full, the non negative pressure device automatically shuts off. The pressure of the steady flow compensator and the stabilizing tank is the pressure of the municipal pipe network. On this basis, the pipeline silent pump adjusts the speed of the water pump through the variable frequency control cabinet. By using pressure sensors, the changes in parameters inside the pipe are sensed and converted into electrical signals, which are transmitted to the water supply controller. After analysis and calculation, the controller outputs signals to the frequency converter based on the calculation results, which controls the speed of the water pump. In this way, the water supply system can adjust the speed of the water pump at any time according to the changes in the user's water consumption to achieve constant pressure water supply. At this time, the stabilizing tank is filled with high-pressure water and absorbs and balances the pressure fluctuations caused by user water usage, making the water supply more stable. When the water consumption during the peak period of water supply Q exceeds that during the peak period of water supply Q, the negative pressure device will automatically turn on. The steady flow compensator will replenish the water used during the peak period with tap water. After the peak period, the steady flow compensator will automatically turn off the negative pressure device when it is filled with water. When the water usage reaches the low peak period, the pressure of the stabilizing tank gradually increases to a certain pressure value (the pressure value can be set), and the entire water supply system enters a "sleep" state. All water pumps stop working, and the high-pressure water from the stabilizing tank maintains the water supply of the system pipeline network. When the water consumption gradually increases, the system will automatically "wake up" the pipeline silent pump to supply water to the pipeline network at a constant pressure. Fully utilizing the pressure of the pipeline network and the functions of "sleep" and "wake-up" to achieve secondary water supply, the energy-saving rate is around 30-80%, and the energy-saving effect is significant.
