1、 Introduction:
Pipe aerators are mainly used for oxygenation in urban sewage and organic industrial wastewater treatment systems. Pipe aerators have the characteristics of simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, less likely to block air holes, no backflow of sewage, uniform circumferential force, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, and low system price.
2、 Construction:
Aeration membrane, support tube, air pipeline. The outer diameter of the tubular aerator is 69mm, with conventional sizes of 580mm, 800mm, and 1000mm. For lengths below 580mm, extrusion or compression molding is used, while for lengths greater than 580mm, extrusion molding is used. Drill holes on the membrane tube with a size of 1.5mm and a spacing of 2 × 2.5mm, which can generate uniform small bubbles with a diameter of 1-3mm. There is a 15mm long non porous area at the top of the membrane tube. When the gas supply is finally cut off, the membrane immediately returns to its original state. Automatically prevent backflow at the air inlet.
3、 Performance characteristics and advantages:
Has good chemical stability, does not contain plasticizers, can maintain elasticity for a long time, is resistant to acid and alkali, does not harden, does not become brittle, and does not age. The bubble diameter of the product is small, which can maintain a high oxygen conversion rate and achieve the effect of mixing and stirring. Adopting a self closing pore structure, the micropores are not blocked. Easy to install and disassemble. Reduce energy consumption.
