The Pilodist crude oil boiling point distiller fully complies with ASTM D 2892 and ASTM D5236 standard methods
The distillation process is controlled by a computer, and the operating software based on the WINDOWS system is easy to operate with flexible parameter settings. By inputting test running parameters through the computer, the distillation operation is controlled, test data is recorded, and test curves are displayed. During the distillation process, operators can modify and set various technical parameters at any time, which has strong flexibility
Distillation rate control: Automatic closed-loop control, controlling the distillation heating power based on the sample recovery quality rate or volume rate, strictly in accordance with standard method requirements
● Fractional cutting, automatically converting the vacuum distillation temperature to the atmospheric AET temperature, and achieving automatic fraction cutting, collection, mass weighing, and volume measurement based on the pre-set AET cutting temperature;
Data processing: The computer displays real-time testing process data, and the test results are directly displayed in Excel documents. Display and print the actual boiling point distillation curves for wt% and vol% at the end of the experiment.
Two distillation units share a middle distillate collector, vacuum system, and constant temperature heating water bath. This new combination system provides complete automation for both distillation processes, whether TBP or POTSTILL. A highly coordinated software combined these two processes and compared the TBP curve with the comprehensive evaluation results.
The system can customize multiple upgrade options according to customer needs and consider specific end-user security regulations.
The PETRODIST 400 CC-A, like all fully automated systems, is functionally used for automatic ambient air pressure correction through a dual pressure sensor system at each step.
Equipped with Pilotdist IP65 touchscreen computer as standard, it can be operated even with laboratory gloves. Equipped with a WIFI connection stick, remote online services can be provided from our headquarters in Germany.
