The enterprise is renovating the pickling production line, and the waste gas generated during the production process is treated with a supporting waste gas treatment device.

(1). The total air volume of the induced draft fan designed for the acid gas collection room of the acid pickling line is 17000m3/h. The treated nitric acid and fluoride gases are discharged in an organized and compliant manner through a 20 meter exhaust pipe.

(2) The nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid gases generated during the acid washing production process are absorbed and purified by a two-stage acid mist purification tower with dual towers.

1. Install a fully covered top suction hood near the bottom of the load-bearing beam in the pickling room.

2. Install side suction covers on the south side of the acid pickling tank and hot water tank, with a length not less than the tank body.

3. The gas gathering branch pipes are mainly installed at the side and top suction positions of the acid pickling tank and hot water tank.

4. In order to ensure the removal of acidic waste gas in the exhaust gas meets the emission standards, the "multi-stage aeration" process is adopted for treatment based on the initial concentration data of acid mist provided by the demand side.

5. The purification tower adopts newly developed high-efficiency packing as the absorption layer, built-in aeration device, and gas-liquid countercurrent operation for spraying. The exhaust gas enters from the upper part and is discharged from the upper part, and the spraying liquid enters from the upper part and is discharged from the lower part. The filling material inside the tower can provide a sufficiently large surface area to promote full contact between the gas and liquid phases. It does not generate excessive resistance to gas-liquid flow. To prevent blockage of the absorption tower, it is advisable to prepare a solution with a suitable concentration.
