Widely used in industries such as food (dairy) products, pharmaceuticals, daily chemical products, beverages, oils, chemicals, pigments, etc. as intermediate buffering, liquid storage, mixing, blending equipment (in the most economical and practical state where materials can be evenly blended without heating), heating, mixing, blending or sterilization treatment. Especially suitable for small and pilot scale use in units and research institutions without steam heat sources. The materials are all sanitary grade stainless steel, with a highly user-friendly structural design and strong operability. It can also adopt fully enclosed and insulated structures according to process requirements.

Mixing tankMain technical and structural performance

1. Heating method: Using an electric heating rod inserted into the jacket, heating evenly without any cold zone. Inject thermal oil or water into the jacket as a heating medium to generate heat energy and heat the materials inside the tank.

2. Material heating temperature: ≤ 350 ℃; Material heating time: 20min to 90min (depending on process requirements).

3. Temperature control: Temperature is measured using an electric thermocouple and connected to a temperature controller for temperature control (temperature difference ± ≤ 1 ° C), and the temperature of the material can be adjusted. The temperature controller is installed inside the electric control box, and the temperature transmission rod is inserted directly into the bottom of the tank, so that the temperature of the liquid can be indicated even when it reaches the lowest position.

4. Tank body: Inner surface polished with mirror finish, roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 µ m

5. Upper cover: It is a two leaf adjustable cover for easy cleaning, with mirror polished inner and outer surfaces (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 µ m), or a manhole.

6. Inner tank bottom structure: processed into an R angle by spinning, welded and polished to the inner tank body without dead corners, and inclined at a 5 ° angle towards the discharge port for easy discharge of materials without retention.

7. Jacket form: Full jacket, used to add thermal oil or water to achieve optimal heating and cooling during operation.

8. Thermal insulation material: filled with pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane casting foam to maintain a temperature difference with the outside and achieve thermal insulation effect.

9. Surface treatment method for the outer shell: mirror polishing or 2B primary matte or 2B frosted matte treatment.

10. Mixing device: The top center is used for mixing, and the output shaft of the reducer is connected to the mixing blade shaft with a flexible sleeve for easy disassembly and cleaning.

11. Mixing speed: 15-120r/min (constant speed); Mixing blade forms: frame type, anchor type, blade type, turbine type, etc. (according to process requirements).

12. Equipment configuration: electrical control box, thermometer, liquid inlet and outlet, medium inlet and outlet (oil inlet and outlet), vent (oil overflow hole), etc.

13. Material: Inner tank body SUS304 or SUS316L; The jacket is made of Q235-B or SUS304; The outer protective shell is made of SUS304.

14. The process openings of each inlet and outlet pipe and the welding points of the inner tank body are all rounded with a flanging process, which is smooth, easy to clean, and has no dead corners, and has a beautiful appearance.
