A certain customer has 24 circular charter machines and 12 flower charter machines, with an expected production capacity of 864 pieces per minute. To avoid problems such as manual grasping deformation, uneven placement, and poor hygiene, a robot automated production line needs to be deployed to complete processes such as steaming tray conveying, green billet sorting, and tray placement.
In this case, the empty steaming tray is transported to the rising tower through a reflux conveyor belt, and then waited at the grabbing station. The Burkent parallel robot grasps 12 green buns at a fixed point at once for fixed-point loading. The loading process is divided into a fine decoration line and a simple decoration line. The parallel robot of the fine decoration line needs to first place the paper tray in the fixed position of the empty steaming tray before grabbing the green buns, and then place the green buns in the empty tray. The simple decoration line directly places the green buns in the fixed position of the empty steaming tray. The filled steaming tray will be transported to the next process.
