1、 Principles of Process Design

Organic waste gas adsorber utilizes the advantages of efficient adsorbent materials (activated carbon fibers) with strong adsorption capacity and fast adsorption and desorption rates to purify organic waste gas. The exhaust gas from the outside of the tower is evenly distributed through the guide hood and sent into the tower. The incoming airflow passes through the adsorption bed of the tower's internal packing, and harmful chemical components in the airflow are adsorbed by the adsorbent. Clean air is discharged through the air outlet, and condensed water generated inside the tower is discharged outside the tower through the collection tank and discharge pipe.

The main features of this tower are high adsorption and purification efficiency, good temperature adaptability, low operating costs, one-time addition of packing material, which can meet long-term operation, easy operation, management, and maintenance, and no secondary pollution is generated during operation.

This tower can be equipped with automation control according to user needs, including gas online analyzer, pressure sensor, differential pressure transmitter, flow sensor, control cabinet, etc. It can implement gas online analysis and monitoring, automatic alarm for gas exceeding standards, automatic interlocking of gas flow and pressure transmission with fan operation, automatic digital display and other automation control devices for this tower. Manual, semi-automatic and automatic control can be carried out according to usage requirements.

4、 Replacement and treatment of adsorption fillers

The interaction between adsorption fillers and organic waste gas is a physical reaction, and the adsorption efficiency gradually decreases over time. However, replacing the adsorption fillers once can generally last for about a year. If the waste gas concentration is greater than 1000mg/m3 or higher, the service life of the adsorption fillers will be correspondingly shortened. The replacement of adsorption fillers will be supplied by our company. The replaced adsorption packing can be disposed of at will without causing secondary pollution.
