Instructions for using ink transfer printing machines;
First, adjust the printing date of the printing plate to the time you need to print, put an appropriate amount of ink into the oil cup (2/3), add a few drops of thinner evenly, then adjust the height of the support for the printing product and make a good positioning, then you can try to print. If there is ink leakage during printing, adjust the four small screws on the oil cup slowly and evenly until the printed pattern is clear. When trying to print, try to slow down the motor speed as much as possible to avoid damage from the glue head hitting the oil cup. After use, the template should be cleaned to avoid ink drying and affecting the next use.

1、 Place the item to be printed in the appropriate position on the left side of the machine, power on - jog (automatic) - swing rod moves to the right - silicone head on the swing rod - dip ink - swing rod moves to the left - silicone head contacts the printed object
2、 The swing rod moves to the left - dragging the roller along the axis - covering the ink on the board - moving the swing rod to the right - scraping the ink on the board with the blade
3、 The characters on the board are concave, and the ink embedded in the characters has not been scraped off
4、 Swing rod moves to the right - silicone head contacts concave characters on the board - dipping ink
5、 Swing the lever to the left - the silicone head comes into contact with the printed object - completing the coding process.
6、 Use different inks and diluents for different printing objects
